Over 60% of our clients are people whom our Partners have placed over the years, and are generally Board Members or Senior Line Managers with whom we have worked repeatedly, the balance predominantly made up by their colleagues to whom we have been referred. We rarely lose clients - we don’t take on work that we cannot confidently complete or where the brief is unclear.

We make a virtue out of our size, which means we enjoy a greater degree of flexibility and adaptability than our competitors. This means we can limit our clients within a business sector; In other words, we will rarely work for your competitors and will always be up-front about any potential conflicts.

BlueShark’s founding Partners are seasoned market professionals; Neil Hughes has 20+ years’ “City” headhunting experience and Terry Stubbs, 6, in addition to his 30 years’ senior management experience in multi-national companies.
